Full Planning is an investment in your wedding and your state of mind as a couple. An experienced professional is with you every step of the way from exploring venues to researching and meeting with all potential vendors (photographers, florists, DJs, catering companies, décor rentals, etc.,) We will plan your wedding from top to bottom and create a planning timeline and a wedding budget together and stick to it so that you know everything is on track throughout your engagement.
In the weeks before the wedding day, we will make a detailed timeline for the wedding day to keep you, your family & friends stress free.
Pricing Starts at $6500
Partial wedding planning
Ideal for couples & parents who enjoy planning, but want guidance through the remaining plans & a professional coordinating the wedding day.
This package is best if you wish to do most of the planning on your own but want access to an experienced planner for guidance on the remaining items including etiquette, design and any necessary vendor recommendations.
It is ideal if you have an established and comfortably adhered to or flexible budget and have contracted most of your vendors. Once all vendors are arranged, a timeline is created, contracts are reviewed and a planner is there on the day of the wedding to ensure the plans are executed from start to finish.

Wedding Management
Previously referred to as ‘Day Of’ Coordination, this package is for those who want to plan the wedding themselves but have a professional to manage the wedding day. This package is for those who have completed (or will complete) the vendor bookings and wedding design but want an experienced coordinator on the wedding day. All contracts are sent to EBTR and a timeline for the day is created; load ins and set ups are determined and vendor confirmations are completed by your coordinator to ensure a smooth and successful day!
Please note that we do not offer coordination for only a portion of your wedding day. Work begins 6-8 weeks before the wedding date.
