I was born and raised in Calgary, Alberta, Canada on the doorstep of the incredible Rocky Mountains.

I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice and worked in the judicial system in Canada for 10 years before becoming a Certified Wedding Coordinator and Consultant in 2011. I moved to Houston in late 2014 with my husband, our cat (Adobe) and dog (Zoey) and restarted my company here planning weddings, social, corporate and non-profit events and galas (You can see more of those at www.EBTRevents.com !)

I have won awards for wedding and gala planning, including two recent awards on an international level. I am also a freelance writer, a founder and Past President of the Association of Wedding Planners and a committee member of the Professional Development Committee of ILEA and former ILEA Houston Chapter leader.
